Soft skills

  1. As the word says, always go the extra mile. Be hardly satisfied so you can deliver outstanding results. Always.

    Overdelivery
  2. At McKinsey, you learn fast how to navigate decision makers. Get them on your side. In my view, it’s the most underrated soft skill.

    Stakeholder management
  3. Be detail oriented and obsessed with organization and systems thinking. It's the key to increase quality and reduce waste.

    Quality obessessed
  4. Understand the problem well, define it well, frame it well. Do not waste time on a problem that does not exist.

    Data-driven

My journey through design

It always starts with people

It all started back in 2008 🫣 in the world of graphic design and visual arts. I eventually became the lead designer at an art school, where I discovered the powerful connection between aesthetics and emotion.

After that, I made the leap into digital design—from the early days of UX (when being a webmaster was still a thing) to leading design projects for Fortune 500 clients at McKinsey, where I’ve spent the last 12 years.

All of this shaped me into a designer who brings a perfect balance of strategic thinking, user experience and aesthetics—what I like to call my PPP framework (People + Pixels + Profit). And people always come first. :)
