Project overview

On this project I led the research and design of Boris, a portal designed to reshape how users discover and consume knowledge. By combining advanced AI-powered federated search with personalized content recommendations, Boris helps users easily find relevant insights exactly when they need it.

Introduction

In a large corporation, valuable knowledge is often spread across many different teams and formats (documents, slides, slack channels, videos). Finding the right information quickly becomes a frustrating experience. Our mission was to make discovering knowledge fast, personalized and intuitive.

Product vision

Combine internal and external data, delivering personalized and real-time insights to empower smarter decision-making, increasing impact on clients.

User and business goals

  • Simplify access to knowledge from multiple sources across the corporation.

  • Use generative AI to enhance search efficiency and relevance.
