I was responsible for creating a design system for Lilli, McKinsey's GenAI tool, to ensure that design and development teams could work with consistency and move fast, keeping the flexibility to explore new patterns.
The result was a complete design system with components that had enough variations to fit for multiple scenarios but were also flexible to allow for creation of new versions easily.
